Repose is free for 30 days with every feature unlocked, so you can be sure it suits you before you pay. If it doesn't work out after you've bought it, this is how refunds work.
If you bought Repose from getrepose.app, you can have a full refund within 14 days of buying it, for any reason. Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or include your order number. The refund goes back to the way you paid, and your licence key stops working.
Microsoft takes the payment for Store purchases, so refunds are made by Microsoft, under the Microsoft Store Terms of Sale. You can ask for one from the order history in your Microsoft account. If you get stuck, email us and we'll help where we can.
Purchases made directly from us aren't refundable after 14 days, except where the law where you live says otherwise. If something is wrong with Repose itself, please email us anyway. We'd rather fix it.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under consumer protection law. We may update this policy from time to time; the version in force when you bought Repose applies to that purchase. Questions? Email [email protected].
