By downloading or using Repose, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your license to use Repose
The app
Repose is a personal EPUB reading application that lets you import, organise, and read EPUB files on your desktop. It is provided as-is, with no warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Repose is currently in beta — features may change.
License
Low Tide Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Repose on your devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or sublicense the app or sell access to it.
Your content
You retain full ownership of any content you import into Repose — your EPUB files, highlights, notes, and reading data are yours. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you import does not infringe the rights of others.

Acceptable use and disclaimers
Acceptable use
Use Repose only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not use Repose to store or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or infringing.
Paid features
Repose will offer optional paid features in future versions. Pricing will be clearly communicated before any charge, subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, and refund terms will be stated at the point of purchase. The free tier will always remain functional for personal use within defined limits.
Disclaimer & liability
Repose is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Low Tide Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
GOVERNING LAW
Effective date: March 2026
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these
terms or your use of Repose shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
